At the heart of Aspartia
Aspartia Hornets is a volunteer-run amateur rugby league club, open to players from juniors through to open age.
More than a rugby club
Most people know Hornets for the rugby — teams running out week after week, from the youngest age groups through to open age.
The community around it is the other half. Volunteers, families and supporters keep the club running week to week.

Boys and girls, men and women, across every age group the club runs. No trials, no barriers — if you want to play, there is a place for you.
A local asset
The club is a meeting place as much as a sports ground. Community groups, family occasions and local events all have a home here.
